Meeting called to order on Wednesday, May 18, 2011

In Attendance:

ACTION ITEMS:

· Sarah to post picture of poster on blog

· Sarah’s speech to include legal definition of rape

· Sarah to bring copies of questionnaire for audience

· Sarah to determine what wording to be at the bottom of the contact # and send to Amanda ASAP

· Amanda to email official contact numbers to all group members after layout

· Amanda to layout and photocopy 100 copies of contact list

· Dina to contact Annie for ribbons prior to Wednesday

· GROUP PAPER: each member to provide ½ page. Sarah to answer question #7, Judith to answer question #9, Dina to answer question #10, Amanda to compile and provide intro & conclusion. EVERYONE’S ½ PAGE TO BE EMAILED TO AMANDA BY SUNDAY, MAY 29^TH 6PM.

· All members to distribute contact list with ribbons on Wednesday, May 25^th at 1:30pm in the quad

· PRESENTATION DAY: Judith to introduce group members, Dina to inform how the group picked Project Survive, Sarah to talk about rape, Annie to give presentation, Amanda to conclude.
